Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund
Seats for our seminars are limited. Consequently, cancellations must be submitted at the earliest point in possible time. Cancellations must be sent by email to iabp@resourcesforexcellence.com or by phone at (505) 323-1415. In the event that a cancellation becomes necessary, the following restrictions apply:
- When a cancellation is received more than 72-hours prior to the date and time of the seminar, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- When a cancellation is received less than 72-hours prior to the date and time of the seminar, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- In the event that the registrant does not show to the seminar, and a cancellation request has not been received, no refund will be given.
All refunds will be returned according to the manner in which it was paid.
- Credit Card payments will be returned in the form of a credit appearing on the bill of the month following the cancellation request.
- Check Refunds will be returned by way of the checking authority that issued the check in the original transaction.
- Cash Payments will be refunded by check issued by Resources for Excellence Incorporated.
- There will be no cash refunds given for a registrant who has not paid in cash.
