"It is difficult to just describe Rick without a brief description of the problems and difficulties he encountered and overcame with respect to two of the of the projects that he handled for our company.

Our company was retained to handle a portfolio of various problem properties.  The worst problem was a large old rental building converted to condominium ownership, but only about one-quarter sold.  In addition, there was a commercial podium that was mostly vacant and unleaseable.  Beside this property was an incomplete shell of a building connected by an underground garage.

For most of the time involved in this program of recovery, the economic climate was poor, the condo market was slow and there was no market for the commercial space.

The project required market analysis, a major reconstruction involving substantial structural and equipment replacement, re-design and rezoning of interior space to provide units for sale, creation of a marketing program, new property management and strong-on-site management - all in all, a difficult process.
