Rick Draker, COO, has a unique combination of skills and
experience in business-operations management, government
reorganization, and land-development project and property
management. His abilities were honed over 28 years of working
with government and business entities in New Mexico, Michigan
and Canada.
He is highly respected for his project management and organizational skills in business and land development projects. His clients have noted and appreciated communication skills and his capacity to involve all players in problem solving.
Rick is actively involved with the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Boards of S & L Social Planning and Research Council, New Mexico Community Health Charities and Sarnia Animal Shelter. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, and the American Planning Association.
He holds an M.A. Degree in Community Planning from the University of Manitoba, and received his B.A. Degree in Geography and Economics with Honors from the University of Western Ontario.
