Sandy Cody, President of
ResourcesforExcellence, Inc., has
over 25 years of management and human resource experience in the
private and public sectors. She has her Master's Degree in
Management with a focus in Organizational Development and Human
Resource Management and is a Senior Professional in Human
Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Sandy is a popular and award winning adjunct faculty member at the Webster University and The University of New Mexico's Anderson Schools of Management/Certificate Programs, bringing practical, "real-world" experience to her courses in organizational development, critical thinking and decision making and human-resource management. She is frequently asked to present workshops and seminars.
She enjoys community work, and is active in the Northern New Mexico Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and serves on the Board of Directors for the New Mexico Alzheimer's Association. In 2005, Sandy was selected to be an examiner for Quality New Mexico and became a partner in Strategic Reality Group LLC.
In February, 2002, Sandy was nominated for a YMCA Women on the Move award.
In 2005, Sandy received the New Mexico Human Resources Excellence award from the New Mexico Society of Human Resource Management. This award recognizes Human Resources professionals statewide who have demonstrated the highest levels of commitment, dedication and innovation to the field of Human Resources.
